With a focus in commercial, hospitality, & residential design, branding, graphics, & custom fabrication, Danielle and Ashley have created a full-service, client-focused design firm.

  • Andrea Ashton

    INTERIOR DESIGNER, NCIDQ No. 35379

    Born and raised in downstate Illinois, Andrea received her BFA in Interior Design at Harrington College of Design. With a keen eye for design, she loves the artistic elements that exist throughout all design phases, from concept sketching and hand renderings, to creating sculptural movements in interior spaces. For inspiration, she enjoys traveling around the world to see different design styles in person.

  • Amelia Hoover

    INTERIOR DESIGNER, NCIDQ No. 36273

    Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Amelia received her Bachelors of Science in Interior Design from Auburn University. With a passion for hospitality design, Amelia says that her favorite part of the design process is Design Development, where she loves to present clients with drawings, 3D renderings and finish selections that give the first real look at the finished product.

  • Lauren Young

    DESIGNER, PURCHASING & STUDIO COORDINATOR

    Lauren comes to us from Greenville, South Carolina and received her Bachelor in Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Charleston. With a passion for procurement, Lauren loves the process of specifying and purchasing the beautiful elements that add that extra layer and make a space come to life. In addition to her love of creating powerful interiors, she enjoys a good meal and an even better glass of wine.

  • Summer Tessem

    JUNIOR DESIGNER

    A recent graduate of University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Architecture, Summer is originally from Bartlett, Illinois. She loves seeing how impactful the spaces and environments that we create can be on a person. When she’s not working away on creating incredible renderings, Summer continues to plan her dream vacation to Banff, Canada.

  • Sydney Taylor

    JUNIOR DESIGNER

    Originally from Greenville, Michigan, Sydney is a recent graduate of Michigan State Univeristy and is the newest interior designer to join the Variant crew. She comes to the table with a passion for design, specifically the schematic design phase as she finds it as an opportunity to let the creative process truly take shape. Sydney dreams of one day visiting the many regions of Italy, taking in all of the country’s rich history & delicious food.
